Anshan Ganghua Welding Materials Co. Ltd. ( the former Anshan City Hongda Metallurgical Welding materials Co. Ltd.) , the sole production base for welding materials in Anshan City Liaoning Province, was set up in 1993. Being a full-scale enterprise having gradually grown from a labour-intensive one into a technology-intensive one, the present company is a colletion of scientific research, development, experiment and testing enterprise, with tremendous technical forces and powerful economic strength.
The Company’s “Ganghua” welding materials are divided into 3 categories including welding electrode, welding wire and furnace charge with over 150 varieties and more than 200 sizes. The main products are electrode of carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel, molybdenum and chrome-molybdenum heat-resisting steel, nickel and nickel-alloy steel, surfacing and cast iron; welding flux; submerged arc welding wire; CO2 gas shielded arc welding wire; and furnace charge as serial products for use in converter and metallurgy. The above-mentioned products are widely used in the fields such as machinofacture, high-rise building, boiler, ship, metallurgy, mine, petrochemistry, water and electricity, mechanical and electrical vehicles, bridge, transmission tower etc. and sold to south China, North China and East China as well as to areas of Southeast Asia. In the meantime, they are playing a non-fungible role in the large-scale transformation, large smeltery and structure industrial enterprise of the old industrial bases of the Northeast e.g. Angang.
